Use Phantom’s card path: swap the token to Solana USDC, move USDC into your separate Phantom Cash account, then tap with the Phantom debit card in Apple Wallet.
Open Phantom with the selected token and Solana USDC prefilled. Review the live swap quote, fees and slippage there before approving.

In Phantom, tap Receive → Cash and copy that Cash address. It is different from your main wallet address.
Only Solana USDC is sent in this step. Never send $TAB to a Cash address.
After Phantom shows your Cash balance, activate its eligible virtual debit card and add it to Apple Wallet from the Phantom app. Your card uses that Cash balance at Visa terminals.
